WOMAN FALLS FROM TRAM
ACCIDENTS IN CITY A severe cut in his leg was the cause of Mr. Stanley Gordon’s admittance to the hospital last evening. Mr. Gordon, who lives in Tennessee Avenue, Mangere, was riding his motor-cycle along Queen Street, Oneliunga, when he collided with another motor-cycle. He was thrown heavily, inflicting a deep gash in his leg. His condition this morning was said to be satisfactory. Scalp wounds and a fractured rib were received by Mr. Harold Dallot, aged 45, through being knocked down opposite the Town Hall by a motorcar on Saturday afternoon. His condition is not serious. Alighting in haste from a tramcar which she had boarded in error on Saturday, Mrs. Clarice Higgins, aged 38, of Grey Street, fell to the road. She received a slight concussion of the brain, and was admitted to the hospital. Her condition this morning is much improved.
