TRAFFIC INSPECTORS MAY WEAR WHITE
CITY COUNCIL CONTROL (.Special to THE SUN.) CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. The City Council inspectors will take over the control of traffic from the police in July. Mr. M. Macintosh, Chief Traffic Inspector, says the men will be thoroughly schooled to a high point of efficiencj’. It has been suggested that inspectors on point duty should wear white gloves, and when raining, white waterproof overcoats.
