DIVIDED RANKS
NEW SOUTH WALES LABOUR ANOTHER PARTY PROPOSED By Cable. — Press Association.—Copyright SYDNEY, Thursday. The latest political development in the faction fight within the Labour Party in New South Wales is the proposed formation of a straight-out industrial political party, as opposed to the Australian Labour Party. The prime movers who are launching the new proposal are alleged to be the same members who were prominent in the Seale Conference. Members of the Parliamentary Labour Party have been actively canvassed, and urged to throw in their lot with the proposed new party. Members of the Labour caucus admit that the Lang Ministry as new constituted cannot last long. There has been no Cabinet meeting for a fortnight, and no arrangements have been made for one.—A. and N.Z.
