HIPPODROME
“THE TWO-GUN MAN” Stewart Edward White’s story under the picture title of “The Two-Gun Man,” will be seen at the Hippodrome Theatre where Fred Thomson and Silver King are doing unusual stunts in thrilling and amusing the public. “The Two-Gun Man” is the first of three Thomson productions which have been promised from Stewart Edward White’s material, and to judge by the initial release, both the star and F. 8.0. will reap a rich reward for Mr. Thomson’s, perspicacity in gaining the services of such a celebrated author. William E. Wing’s adaptation of the original is splendid, and the work of a large cast, which includes little Billy Butts, Olive Hasbrouck, William Courtwright, Frank Hagney, Joe Dowling, Sheldon Lewis, Ivar McFadden, and others, is distinguished. David Kirkland, who directed such Thomson successes as “All Around Frying Pan,” “The Tough Guy,” and “Hands Across The Border. ' has again officiated at the megaphone with his usual skill and power. A big matinee will be held at the Hippodrome to-morrow when the pantomime “Little Red Riding Ilood” will be played by 40 artistes under the direction of Mrs. Arthur Griffiths.
