At the meeting of the Wanganui Chamber of Commerce last night a report presented showed that, according to population, New Zealand now had a motor-car for every 13 inhabitants, compared with America’s 3£ persons. If importation continues on the same basis for the next 15 years there will be a motor-vehicle of some sort for each family of 3£ persons.
