LOW FEBRUARY OUTPUT. —CIyde shipbuilders “launched” 14 vessels of 8,008 tons in February, but 11 of the 14 were not really launched. They were shipped abroad in sections. Eight of them were pontoons, two were light draught gunboats, and one was a dock caisson. The total output was the lowest on record for February.
