WHAT IRELAND HAS SCOTLAND WANTS
By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Reed. 12.40 p.m. LONDON, Wednesday The Rev. James Barr, M.P., backed by all the Scottish Labour members, has circulated a Bill seeking to confer on Scotland a single House of Representatives of 148 members. If the Bill is passed, Scottish representation in the House of Commons will cease. The Lord High Commissioner in Scotland will be appointed to represent the King and the Scottish Parliament will deal with all domestic affairs except those of defence forces and foreign affairs, which will be administered jointly by Imperial Scottish Ministries. —Sun. rl- rl- rl- rlr Wi rl- rA rH rr. rH rfc
