INJURED JOCKEY HOPES OF RECOVERY (From Our Own Correspondent.) WHANG AREI, To-day. The hospital report last night stated that C. Regan’s condition was rather improved. He was in a state of semiconsciousness with occasional flashes of full consciousness. Hopes of his recovery were now much brighter. This morning his condition was unchanged.
