HINEMOA DUE THURSDAY. Messrs. Spedding Limited have been advised,by cable that the Hinemoa is clue to arrive at Auckland on Thursday from Norfolk Island. She leaves again on Friday with passengers, mails and cargo for Niue Island. WEST CONOB COMING.-— Cable advice received by Messrs. Henderson and MacFarlane states that the American steamer West Conob left Los Angeles on March 31 for Auckland, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. She is due at Auckland about April 25. RUAPEHU’S DEPARTURE POST PON ED. —The local office of the N.Z. Shipping Company has been advised that the Ruapehu’s departure from Wellington for Home has been postponed from April 26 to April 29. THE CANADIAN CHALLENGER RADIOS. —The representatives of the Canadian Government in Auckland have been advised by radio that the Canadian Challenger is due here at noon to-morrow from Halifax. LOUIS THERIAULT. The threemasted auxiliary barquetine, Louis Theriault, en route from Sydney to Gisborne, put into Auckland yesterday afternoon to replenish her oil fuel. The vessel left Sydney on March 18 and was delayed considerably by stormy weather. She is to resume her voyage to-day. SYDNEY STEAMER. The Hud-dart-Parker steamer Ulimaroa was due at Wellington this morning with passengers and mail from Sydney. She is to sail on Thursday, a day earlier than usual, for Sydney. A mail for Australia, to be despatched by the vessel, will close at Auckland to-morrow evening. HURUNUI TO LOAD.— The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Hurunui sailed from Adelaide yesterday for New Plymouth to commence loading for England. The vessel will also load at Auckland, Opua, Gisborne, Napier and Wellington. She is to be despatched from Welington on May 1.

TAINUI FROM HOME. —With passengers, mails and cargo the Shaw Sayill and Albion liner Tainui arrived at Wellington this morning from London via Southampton. Her Auckland passengers are due here to-morrow morning. WITH CASE OIL. The steamer Indianola is due from Texas to-mor-row evening with a full cargo of case oil. She will unload 15,000 cases at Auckland and the remainder at Wellington, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Port Alma and Townsville. Spedding. Ltd., are the local agents. HULK SENORITA CONDEMNED The coal hulk Senorita, which was once a barquentine in the intercolonial trade, has been condemned. She is being dismantled at King's Wharf and will shortly be towed to the Hauraki Gulf, where she is to be stranded on one or the beaches. She is a steel vessel and was built in 1893. Six years ago she was withdrawn from sea service and sold to J. J. Craig. Ltd., who converted her into a coal hulk. PORT VICTOR LOADING. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Victor arrived yesterI day morning to commence loading for I the United Kingdom. At Auckland she loads a large quantity of frozen meat, butter and general cargo. The Port Victor left England on December 5 and loaded at Tampico and New York for Australia. This cargo was discharged at Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane, and then the vesel bunkered at Port Kembla. The Port Victor is commanded by Captain L. Swan, who has with him the following officers: Chief, Mr. L. Twigden; second, Mr. L. Bayly; third, Mr. A. Watson: fourth, Mr. A. Brown; wireless operator, Mr. A. W. Box; chief engineer, Mr. J. Cheney; second, Mr. H. Cran; third, Mr. S. Stevenson; fourth, Mr. J. J. McMullen; fifth, Mr. L. Dust; chief refrigerating engineer, Mr. R. Fraser; second, Mr. F. Baker. Messrs. Heather, Roberton and Co., Ltd., expect to despatch the Port Victor on Thursday or Friday next to Gisborne, thence Napier, Wellington and Lyttelton, to complete loading. She is scheduled to clear Lyttelton finally on April 26. TRANSPACIFIC STEAMERS. The Union Company advises the following movements of steamers engaged in the transpacific services The Niagara leaves Sydney April 7 and Auckland April 12 for Suva, Honolulu, Victoria, and Vancouver.

The Aorangi leaves Vancouver April 6 for Victoria, Honolulu, Suva, and Auckland. Due to arrive at Auckland on Sunday April 24, and leaves here on Tuesday, April 26 for Sydney. The Makura left San Francisco on March 23 for Wellington via Papeete and Rarotonga. Due Wellington April 11. The Tahiti left Wellington on March 29 for Rarotonga, Papeete, and San Francisco. Due San Francisco April 15 and leaves there on April 20 for Papeete. Rarotonga, and Wellington. The Wairuna leaves Union Bav. 8.C., to-day for San Francisco to complete loading for Papeete, Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, and Sydney. The Waiotapu loads at Vancouver and San Francisco during May for Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Melbourne, and Sydney. The Hauraki left Sydney on March 25 for Fiji, Fanning Island and Vancouver. Loads at Pacific Coast ports early in May for Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney. The Waiheftio loads at Vancouver and San Franccisco during May for Napier, New Plymouth, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bluff. The Waitemata loads at Vancouver and San Francisco in June for New Zealand and Australian ports.
