Take a pound of well-stoned raisins, and a poaad of currents dried, And a pound of loafea sugar, with sonic lemon peel beside; Mix them all well up together with a pound of wheaten flour, Aud let it stand to settle for a quarter of an Put the mixture iu a cloth, and put it in the pot: Some people like the water cidd hut I,prefer it hot; But of these two plans I don't know what to nay, Though 1 know it ought to boil an hour for every pound 'twould weigh.
