Persons sending to this office for letters, &c., that may bo in our care, will please to take notice, that unless the messenger brings a written order they will not be delivered up to them. Agents and Captains of vessels leaving harbour for any other postal port would greatly oblige by sending a notice to this office at least twenty-four hours previous to i their departure.
