SAM 0 A P0 S T OFF IC E milE proprietors of this Journal having 1 entered into the necessary arrangements, have established a Post Office in Apia, Samoa, ami known as tho “Samoa Express,” to bo curried on upon tho same principal as tho various Governmental Post Offices in the Colonies, and elsewhere. Mails will bo made up for all parts of the world upon the departure of any vessel from this port, and notices to that effect will be posted at least twenty-four hours previous to the said departure. Every possible means will bo used to ensure the safe delivery of all letters entrusted to the said Post Office, at their destination. Every rare will be taken of letters received from the various Colonial and other Post Offices. Persons sending to this office for letters. &e., that may be in our care, will please to take notice, that unless the messenger brings a written order they will not be delivered up to them. Agents and Captains of vessels hj aving harbour for any other postal port would greatly oblige by sending a notice to this office at least twenty-four hours previous to their departure.
