SCHOOL CONCERT.
Radnor Road, Midhirst, And Denbigh Road. OVER £2O RAISED. More than £2O profit was made at the first combined concert at Midhirst by the Midhirst, Radnor Road and Denbigh Road schools. The Midhirst hall was filled to capacity by an audience that found enjoyment in every item of a varied programme of song, dance and recitation; The funds from the concert, amounting to £6 is 4d for each school, will be devoted to the purchase of books for the libraries .
The success of the concert, the good programme and the public support of the first combined concert were con. sidered very encouraging, especially to tbe teachers principally responsible for the arrangements. A dance was held after the completion of tbe programme.
