The North Island primary schools' Soccer tournament continued to-day. Although playing on a heavy ground the boys gave several fine exhibitions of the code. By defeating Wanganui by three goals to one Wellington is the only team without a loss and should win the tournament, as it has met the hardest teams:— . Results were:—Hawkes Bay 2 v. Manawatu 1, Wellington 3 v. Wanganui 1, Hawses Bay 6 v. Taranaki 1; Wellington 3 v. Wairarapa 2, Wanganui 7 v. Manawatu 1. The tournament will end on Thursday.
