A formal order giving effect tq the decisions of the Arbitration Court in regard to applications by faetory occupiers in various industries for an extension of the limits working bqurs prescribed by the Factories Amendment Act was issued by the Court to-day. The order came into force to-day and will continue m force for the respective periods and on the respective terms set forth in the carious judgments issued by the Court. The following industries are covered by the order: Acetone illuminating and welding, aerated water manufacturing, baking, butter and cheese manufacturing, by-products manufacturing, cement manufacturing, chemical manure manufacturing, fellmongering, flax milling, flour and oatmeal milling, fruit, | vegetable and fish preserving, canning j and jam-making, gas manufacturing and j distributing, glass manufacturing, glue 1 manufacturing, golf club manufacturing, insulator and pottery manufacturing, iron rolling and milling, lime manufacturing, manager and packers in the bniqn Steam Ship Company’s laundry, nrlk vats, milk cans and milk coolers
