The Sun-Herald says that Miss Mary Huntingdon, of Bradford, will sail on the lonic on September 4 to marry Mr. John Turvey, of Auckland, to whom she was affianced in 1896, prior to Mr. Turvey’s departure for New Zealand in search of wealth. Miss Huntingdon’s devotion to h§r aged parents, both now dead, had been a barrier to any earlier culmination of the romance. She had packed in 1912 in readiness to depart, but the illness of her mother caused an alteration in her plans.
