It is good to have variety on the marmalade shelf, and grapefruit marmalade is one variety that is always* appreciated. Here is the recipe;—. Grapefruit 1, lemon 1, sugar, water 10 cups. Method; Wash lemon and grapefruit (cut in pieces), remove pips, and put through mincer Add water, and if desired soak overnight. Next day boil one hour. Measure the liquid, and add cup for cup of sugar. Boil until the mixture jellies (usually i-2-hour). Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
