P. P. Gor-> don, who outlined the work of the Bible class, stressing its connection with the church and its obligation to( it. Dr. Gordon suggested an annual gathering of the classes to be addressed by Mr Paterson. Both he and Mrs Paterson were infull sympathy with the Bible classi movement and had always been close-* ly connected with it, said Mr Pater-> fon. He considered ft was essentialfor the minister to lead the Bible classes and to train them as early' as possible in The Christian faith. He would insist he should have control of the junior Bible class group. It was his duty to do so ag It made the minister the key l 6? church work.
