AUSTRALIAN RACING TALE. i ' "Thoroughbred," to be shown at j the Plaza Theatre to-night for the last 1 time, is- ■-a-thrill-teeming racing tale ! without the equine hero winning the big race and paying off the scoundrel mortgage-holder. Intrinsically it is a story of a blueblood and thoroughbreds—both human and four-footed—-a story that packs all the glamour, excitement, suspense and comedy of the sport of kings into one unforgettable . entertainment. The tale is analogy of a thoroughbred woman and a thoroughbred, horse. Both are champions, but Tommy Dawson, a self-adin,itted "big shot" on the racecourses, knows as little about women as he does of gallopers. "March of Time," one of the supports, is pictorial journalism presenting incidents of outstanding importance in the world's affairs so clearly and concisely that eyery man, women and child is able to see deep behind and into the swiftly moving events of modern times. The supports also include "Three Little .Bears," a coloured cartoon and newsreels, one of which presents the first pictures of the liner Queen Mary.
