New Zealand Successes At Sydney Eisteddfod.

Press Association —Copyright. Sydney, Aug. 30. The City of Sydney Eisteddfod concluded last night. The Melba trophy for vocal solo, men's section, was won by Mr. Christopher Lodge, Forbes. The women's section was won by Miss Bertha Rawlinson, Dunedin. In the oratorio solo for women Miss Joyce Atkins, Canterbury, with 91 points, was first and Miss Bertha Rawlinson, Dunedin, with 90 poinls, was second. The choral contest for female choirs was won by the Hurlstone Park Choral Society from the Newcastle Choral Society.
