A further instalment of Mr E. S. Rutherfurd's interesting review of the new mortgage legislation will be published in The Post to-morrow night. High School Board. Mrs Nellie Gibson and Mrs Marian. Lamplough have been nominated as (he parents' representatives on the! Stratford Technical High School Board. Four members of the board retire every year by rotation and the present election is to fill the place vacated by Mrs Gibson under that system. There are three parents' representatives, one of whom must bei n woman. The election will be by postal ballot, which will close on, September 8. ;..,.: ~:
