Theft Of Sheep On South Island Farm.

Press Assoc'aiion —Cooyright Invercargill, August 28. When sheep on «F,i;.Qzen Meat Company's experimental farm at Glencce were rounded up it was found that 164' Romney ewes and fibggetfc were rnissing. Stock had taken at the end of June and it is con hided that the missing sheep have been stolen. Exhaustive inquiries have been made and the company is now offering a reward of £IOO for information leading 'to the arrest of the thieves. It is thought that the thefts have been the work of an organised party rathor than of individual thieves.
