Sullivan, Minister of Industries end Commerce, intimated yesterday that the question of licensing petrol service stations was under consideration and it was proposed that such legislation would be retrospective. Any stations therefore opened since the date fixed or that contemplate opening will be the subject of investigation and survey as to whether they may be conswered economic units within the locality in which they are situated. Licenses may be granted or refused accordingly. ,
