A concert organised'by Mrs ,L. C. 'Milne-was,'held in'the .Toko. Hall on ''Friday iiv aid of tthe W:D.F:tJ. funds. There, was a large attendance and a splendid programme by artists from •Stratford, Douglas,-Toko and itahouri .Bridge was presented. The stage was decorated with ferns' : aiui', flo-Wers; a Special feature being the coloured •light effect arranged, by "Mr :j; 'Burns. * At .'the eonclds'ioh of 'the concert
