NEW BASKETBALL CLUB.

MEETING AT MAHOE. The new Basketball Club at Mahoe held a well-attended meeting at the hall recently. It was decided to call the club thd Mahoe Old Girls, and the following officers were appointed: President, Mrs J. Anderson; secretary and treasurer, Miss A. Cooper; club captain, Miss E. Ricketts; vice-captain, Miss E. Richardson; coach, Mrs. S. Jenkins; committee, Mesdames J. Anderson, S. Jenkins, Misses A. Cooper, E. and T. Ricketts, E. Richardson, D. and J. Shrlmpton, P. Pryce, P. ing, and L. Jones.
