FARMHOUSE DESTROYED.

Fire At Bird Road Last Evening. OCCUPIER OUT ON FARM. Fire completely destroyed a farmhouse at Bird Road, occupied by Mr E.. Crowe, at about 8 o clock last night. The building was insured. It is understood that Mr Crowe, who lived alone there, bad been in the house acme time before the outbreak and noticed nothing amiss. He \va s out on the farm subsequently and on returning to the bouse found it in flames and unapproachable.
