A DIFFICULT RESCUE
MEN IN TROUBLE IN BREAKERS Press Association.' — Christchurch, November 9. After being in peril for almost half an hour, J. Baldwin, of Opawa, a young man, was rescued from the sea at Sumner this afternoon. Another bather who went to his assistance also got into difficulties and two teams of the Sumner Life-Saving Club had hard struggles bringing the men ashore. Both were exhausted and had to be resuscitated.
