(To the Editor.) Sir, —1 was ;i visitor (o the races ! yesterday and enjoyed the music pro- ! videtl by the Stratford Hand at the ! course. One point, however, I think \ should be drawn attention to and j that is the manner in which the ] bandsmen were dressed. Some had i couts, others had not, and there seem- j ed to be a lack of attention to this- ; important detail. It would give visi.
