Rivers Rising Rapidly QUEENSLAND SUFFERS ALSO Heavy Stock Losses Reported Press Association.Received Today, 1 p.m. Sydney, Today. Heavy rains have fallen over ■the northern and central coasts. The rivers for the last two days have been rising, and local flood, ings occurred. Many rivers are rising in the cen. trsil and south western districts of Queensland and heavy losses of sheep arc reported, one station losing 700. Railway services on some sections have been interrupt;.id. The railway bridge over the Bulloo River is covered and the water is rising at a rate of two inches an hour. Coastal shipping encountered high siens on the north coast of New South Wales. Five coasters sheltered yesterday.
