Light Showers in England (British Officii! Wireless). Rugby, Sept. 12. After 20 days of absolute drought over a large part of southern England light showers of rain fell early this morning. They, however, were confined to the extreme south. London experienced the first wet day in several weeks. Light rain fell also in many parts of the north. The forecast is for unsettled conditions.
