Rush of Applications for Building Subsidy

An amazing rush was experienced for the building subsidy at thiel utn employment bureau today and a number of men had to bo transferred from their ordinary duties to handle sixty applicants received by noon. Thief estimated cost of the building concerned is £109.727 17s lOd. Since the closing of the scheme was announced estimated cost of building i for which applications have been made is £152,516 14s 4d.
