Overseas Officers Arrive Press Association. —Copyright. Auckland, July 19. Miss C. Van Asch Van Wyck, world president of the Y.W.C.A., and Miss C. T. Niven, world secretary, arrived at Auckland to-day on a month's visit to New Zealand. They left last night for Christchurch. Miss Niven said despite the depression the association's work was not being curtailed, but rather extended. She mentioned all Americans helping the association in India had been withdrawn from July 1 owing to the financial crisis. The visitors are making arrangements for the next world meeting of the association in China by October, 1934.
