Arthur John Thomas Wilkinson was charged to-day that on June 3 he killed Peter Smith, thereby committing manslaughter. He was further remanded till June 15, when the inquest will also be ; taken.

It is alleged that Smith was struck in the street. He fell and suffered head injuries from which he died.
