Ship-owners, while regretting that freights on wool generally cannot at present be reduced, have intimated their preparedness to reduce the freight on heavy wool from June 1 from 47/6 to 37/6 a bale. The mim--mum weight of a bale is also being reduced from 4801 b to 4501 b.
