One Month Stand Down Press Association.— Copyright. Received Today, 10.50 a.m. Sydney, Today.—A special mooting of the Seamen’s Union in Sydney decided to introduce a rationing of employment. The resolution was carried to compel all seamen employed on a vessel for six months to stand down for a month.
