Sydney, April 12. —The New South Wales Prime Minister (Mr. B. S. B. Stevens) in his speech at the formal opening of the Royal Show to-day, announced that railway freights for wool and livestock would bo r-educed a further 10 per cent, from July 1, harbour dues on all primary and secondary exports overseas would be cut 20 per cent., and charges for the transport of stud stock would be reduced 50 per cent.
