Dyason, Melbourne, contrasted the system of Communism in Russia and Fascism in Italy, declar. ing that what now passes tor Communism i s actually a state of capitalism, although the ultimate aim was a communal, state or the realisation of the rapid industrialisation of Russia lie added that the positive achieve. moms of the Soviet system were found in the secondary industries, in which the standard of efficiency was lower than in modern industrialised countries.
