Properties of Rebel Landowners SPANISH GOVERNMENT'S LATEST DECREE Aimed at Monarchist Noblemen Press Association.— Copyright Received To-day, 10.55 a.m. MADRID, Wednesday.—The Government introduced a Bill in Cortes to expropriate without indemnity the property of big landowners engaged in the recent Monarchist rebellion. The Bill is aimed at noblemen with large properties in Andalucia and Lamancha, where agrian reform has been commenced and which urgently requires such land. The threatened rebels include the Duke of Medinaceli. Spain's largest landowner, whose titie dates back to the fourteenth century.
