There wil be special services in the Salvation Army Hall this coming week and the oceanicn, being the anniversary) tof the (n*mmenceitt?at of the work in this town, whack took place in 1893. Special thanksgiving services will be conducted on Sunday at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., by Major Perry, who will be assisted by Mrs. Perry and the brass band from, the Eltham Boys' Home. On Monday at 7.45 p.m. there will be a first-class programme of music and song by the local Methodist Choir and on Tuesday night at the same hour the orchestra from the Eltham Salvation (Army Corps will contribute a programme of vecal and instrumental music, the admission to these two programmes being by season ticket of Is, children halfprice. The Army invites ail to join with them in these services which. will be of a very interesting charac ter. i
