(Reed, to-day. f> a.m.) CANBERRA, To-day.—The House of Representatives by 3S votes.• to <JL> passed a resolution under the Enforcement Act. specifying additional New South Wales revenue, and a proclamation giving effect to the resolu tion has been issued. The Commonwealth is now. empowered to confiscate one-sixth ,pt the railwav and tramway revenue oi New South Wales, and to operate on both stamp duties, liquor license.;, laud revenue, and revenue from .registration of motor vehicles. .
