RENO DIVORCES DO NOT COUNT IN LONDON
SOMERSET HOUSE SHATTERS BUDDING ROMANCES Press Association.— Copyright. Reed. 8.50 a.m. LONDON, Wednesday. RENO divorces are no good in London. Somerset House yesterday stopped three marriages in which the parties held Reno divorces, and over 20 such romances have been shattered in the past few weeks. A Somerset House official told the Daily Mail that many Americans come to London in order to quietly re-marry, after the publication of Reno divorces, but the United States decrees do not count in London.
