STRATFORD BOYS’ BAND

3 The Stratford Municipal Boys’ /Band will render a programme of tjhusic at Victoria Park on Sunday afternoon, commencing at three o’clock. The band will also give an exhibition of marching. A collection will be taken up in order to raise funds toward defraying the cost of attending the forthcoming contest at Hawera on March 25. ■ • In the evening a sacred concert tyill be given at the Town Hall, commencing at 8.30 o'clock. The band will be assisted on Sunday evening by the following artistes: —Mrs. Harris, Mias Massey and Messrs. Aitken, Bellringer, Hook and Pollock. It is hoped that the public will liberally patronise both functions. The band, under Mr. H. McCaskill, has made splendid progress and fully deserves the support of the townspeople. r .
