STATE BY-ELECTION RESULT. ‘ SYIDNEY, March 12. The State by-election fo r the North Coast constituency, Clarence, resulted in the election of Mr A. S. Henry by a substantial majority. He is a representative of the County Party as was his predecessor, the late Mr A. J. Pollack.
