MINISTER MAY RESIGN ANOTHER CRISIS LOOMING BIG AIRLINE’S FINANCES LONDON, March 12. The Nows Chronicle’s Paris correspondent states that the resignation of the Finance Minister, Mr Fladin, possibly involving the fall of the Laval Government, is likely to follow the sus pension of payment, by three Franco — South American banks financing the Carapagnie Generalo Aero Postale, which operates the air line between Paris and South America and latterly involved in serious financial difficulties.
