Mr. Arthur Henderson is representing Great Britain, on the committee to discuss the European union, which is meeting at Paris on March 24. The committee will draw up a definite programme for the development of M. Briand’s scheme. It will also discuss the agenda paper for the main meetings of the League Council, and consult about arrangements for the disarmament conference.
