TASMAN YACHT RACE
AUCKLAND, March 11. ' The race across the Tasman from 'Auckland to Sydney was definitely arranged tonight between the Mel-bourne-owned yacht Oimara and the Norwegian yacht Tambs. The third competitor, the Auckland keeler Eangi, wjis not officially sanctioned by the Eoyal New Zealand Yacht it is likely that she will cadi with , the other boats unofficially. The race will start on Saturday afternoon. 1; , the Oimara has a 20 horse power engine, but under the conditions of the race, fuel for. only 70 hours will be carried. The fact, that the Tambs has no engine will be taken into consideration by the handicappers in Melbourne.
