BANK OF N.Z. ADVICE The Bank of New Zealand has received the following advice from its London office under date March 10; “The sales have opened with strong competition and a large attendance of buyers. There is an active demand by all branches of the trade. Compared with the close of last series greasy Merino and fine cross-breds are lid to 2d a lb higher; medium and coarse crossbreds lid to lijd a lb higher.”
