IN A LIGHTHOUSE

BRITISH LORD'S HOME LONDON. Feb. 28. The distinction of being the only member of the House of Commons to live in a lighthouse is possessed by Lord Elmley (Liberald, East Norfolk) son of Earl Beauchamp. Lord Elmley promised his electors thai he would live in the constituency, and bought the Wintcrton lighthouse, built in 1618.

Two old servants of the Beauchamp family keep the house of Lord Elmley, who spends most of his leisure at the lighthouse.
