MEETING AT HAWERA. The first athletic meeting of the season to be held at Hawera, Kith am and Stratford successively, was held at the Hawera showgrounds last evening. There was a very good attendance of the public and keen finishes held interest till the end of the programme in spite of a cold wind after the star t.
