MAILS IN THE AIR.
A new device permitting the discharge as well as the taking up of mail by an aeroplane in flight has been constructed by a German pilot, and is now under test. Tt consists of two mast s which hold two beams in' the shape of a horizontal letter "V" On the tip of the "V" lies a email horizontal diFj with 3 slot leading to a hJle in f ho eentve.
